Financial Audit Management System

Developed and implemented a complete Audit Management System (AMS), to digitise the company’s audit operations, compliance, and filing

12 weeks
60 % decrease in overall audit time without compromising audit quality

An accounting and auditing practice operating internationally contracted us to digitise most of their auditing operations. We worked with their team of audit experts to develop a comprehensive system which allows for rapid document generation, documentation, detailed audit planning, work allocation and team management, project tracking and comprehensive audit filing and data storage.

Templating Engine

Auditing is a complex field, requiring a large amount of documentation and compliance checks. We worked with the team to develop compliance templating engines, allowing the team to create, update and accurately complete the relevant compliance documentation much faster than before, saving up to 80% of staff hours.

Laptop Interface

Audit Filing and Audit Collaboration

The system architecture and UI/UX were carefully designed to ensure seamless and effective collaboration across given audit tasks/sections. Documentation and filing of audit work was made easy by leveraging and combining several data storage technologies including MongoDB, Redis and Google Cloud Storage. Through with approach, the AMS ensures that all essential information pertaining to the audit is saved and filed accordingly, drastically reducing the time required for audit filing.

Security, Encryption and User Access

We implemented multiple, robust security measures to prevent data leaks and data losses, including varied user permissions and access levels, secured and encrypted user authentication, password protected and private databases.

Progress Tracking Interface

Key Project Implementation
